Catherine was recently interviewed for an article titled "Raising an Eco-Baby" published in the October/November issue of Australian Natural Health. She referred specifically to the dual benefit that buying organic can have: Not only do children's fragile, growing bodies need the highest quality nutrition and products that will not harm them or cause them irritation, but as consumers we neeed to make decisions that will ensure that the world we pass on to our children is as undamaged as possible.
Australian Natural Health is a great magazine, full of interesting and enlightening information. We can recommend it!
